Winter Training

Winter Training

December land training focuses on building strength, aerobic fitness, and technical consistency through structured erg workouts and weight training. This phase prepares athletes physically and mentally for the upcoming racing seasons by developing the conditioning needed to train and compete effectively on the water.
Athletes will work on:
  • Ergometer training to build endurance, pacing, and rowing efficiency
  • Strength training to improve power and overall athleticism
  • Consistent training habits that support long-term performance and progression
December land training is an important foundation period that helps athletes enter the new year stronger, fitter, and ready to transition back to on-the-water rowing.

December 2, 2025 to December 23, 2025

LOCATION:

Conestoga Teamer Field

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

 

MONTH TO THURSDAY

  • All rowers:  4:15 PM-  6:30 PM

Cost:

$ 150 total

HOW TO REGISTER IN ICREW

As a Rower, open iCrew, go to Club Home and click on Register.
 
As a Parent, open iCrew, Go to Your Home, then in Front of your Child's Profile, Click on the Icon to Register a Child.
