JV/Varsity: 6x per week

Mon-Thurs 4:30-6:30 p.m. @ Conestoga;  Sat/Sun 7:00-9:15 a.m. @ BBC

During the month of January, new rowers will receive instruction and feedback from the coaches on how to row.  The frequency of practices help the rowers get to know future teammates and build strength and stamina and it gives the coaches an opportunity to assess the athletes on fitness, potential, and willingness to accept feedback.

Tue.-Fri.     All 5-7 p.m. 

Sat. & Sun. JV/Varsity 6:30-8:30 a.m.    Freshman/Novice 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Bus will be provided on weekdays.

Cost

$2,500.00 total  ($200 + $2,300 in 5 payments)

PAYMENT PLAN: $200.00 non-refundable registration and January training fee to be collected via Venmo or Check.  If a student is selected for the Crew Team, then the remaining $2,300 in fees may be paid in full, or in four (4) installments of $575.00 each.  The $575 installment payments are due January 30, March 5, April 7, and May 5, 2023 via Venmo or Check (see payment details above).  Please make note of these due dates.
